Here in ICT, we have many lecturers. As I am only a year one student, I only know limited lecturers here. However, I feel that all of these lectures are really very awesome. At first, I thought that lecturers in Poly are really different to the teachers in Secondary school. Where they won't be really caring about their students that much and only focus on teaching as it is their task. I also thought that in if you don't know anything in lesson, you only have your friends to help you as lecturers won't even care if you are left behind. I was wrong about this.
Just like Secondary School teachers, Lecturers here in ICT also listens and answers to as many questions as you like. They will also put in their effort into their teachings and make sure that everybody is listening. They would also listen to your personal problems and help you with everything as long as it is within their ability. Not only that, they also help you with extra things like projects and assignment and not just give you the task and sit around one corner and drink coffee.
It is obvious that they are passionate about their job and really loves to witness students excelling.
